a country and a result

These are jobs we did, or products we still run. DeskOS, CountOS, and PowerOS are ours. The other pages are how Fiverr, Upwork, and direct work actually happens. We will not invent a brand and a conversion percentage to look busier.

DeskOS: school software we built and still run

We built DeskOS in Pakistan for schools that were running fees, attendance, and exams in separate notebooks and spreadsheets.

01 // THE PROBLEM

Most school software we saw was either an imported English ERP that ignored challan and result-card habits here, or a local tool that died when the vendor disappeared. Campuses also needed multi-branch control without buying a second system.

02 // WHAT WE DID

DeskOS is a web admin plus teacher, parent, and student portals. Modules cover the academic year: admissions, fees, barcode attendance, syllabus, exams, result cards with the school logo, and payroll. Multi-branch groups get campus-level reporting.

03 // THE RESULT · PAKISTAN
Live school ERP from Pakistan: 54+ modules, fees to parent apps.

CountOS: inventory and POS for shops that outgrew Excel

We built CountOS because shop owners we know were losing stock in notebooks. It is inventory, purchases, and a barcode till — not a fake "8,000 users" claim.

01 // THE PROBLEM

Retail tools we were shown were either too heavy (and priced like a factory) or a till app that forgot purchases. Owners in Pakistan and shops we later took abroad both needed the same boring loop: in, out, report.

02 // WHAT WE DID

CountOS covers inventory, barcode point of sale, purchase orders, and 25+ reports. It is used in Pakistan and by shops we support in other countries. Same product, not a white-label we pretend is local.

03 // THE RESULT · PAKISTAN
Live inventory and POS. Stock, barcode till, 25+ reports.

Websites and tools for teams we only meet on a call

Most paid work is not a named brand in a press release. It is a Fiverr order, an Upwork contract, or an email. This is how those jobs actually run.

01 // THE PROBLEM

Marketplace briefs are short. Timezones are not. The failure mode is a new contractor every Monday and a demo at 11pm. Clients also worry that a Pakistan team means they will never own the code.

02 // WHAT WE DID

Websites, internal tools, and apps with a shared backend when both exist. They get the repository. We do not keep a hostage zip. DeskOS and CountOS stay ours; client work does not.

03 // THE RESULT · WORLDWIDE (OFTEN UK, US, AUSTRALIA HOURS)
Remote jobs on the client's hours. Same team. They own the repo.
